Our Seasons

Our Indoor season runs from October 30 to February 17, 2018.  Athletes will be able to practice  6 days a week.  We  lift weights 3 days a week and we run 3 days a week.  We use this season to provide a solid base for the outdoor school season and summer season.  We compete locally as well as travel out of town for meets.

Our summer season begins May 21st and runs through the end of July.  Our primary competition series is the USATF Junior Olympic Series.  We compete in an Association Meet, Regional Meet, then its onto the National Meet.  This summer the National meet will be held in Greensboro, N.C. at the end of July.  Athletes will be able to practice 5 days a week, as well as compete at local meets throughout the summer.

Idaho Dash

Our athletes enjoy the support of their teammates as each of the seasons progresses.  When they athletes run for their schools in the spring, you can usually hear Dash teammates cheering each other on as they compete. Meets like Boise Relays and the Idaho State Meet act as a reunion for the athletes as they compete against each other to see who is the States best.
