May 23, 2023 to July 26, 2023 - Summer Track Season
Athletes will practice 5 days a week in the evenings at Timberline High School from 6PM to 7: We will have meets for the athletes to compete in as well as travel meets for them to compete against National Level Competition. All ages are welcome to come have fun, work hard, and get better.
The season ends with the AAU National JO's in Des Moines, Iowa the final week of July/first week of August.
The club welcome all ages and ability levels of athletes. We encourage athletes from other sports looking to get faster and more explosive to join the team, but do not encourage them to do their school team season and Dash at the same time. School season needs to be the priority for the athlete. The only time we encourage cross participation is for Indoor Nationals. Most school seasons are just getting kids ready to run, while our athletes are ready to go!!
We have implemented a new online registration system this year to make things easier for everyone. To review Cost and Travel Policies before you register, please click on the links below.

We use this season to provide a solid base for the outdoor school season and summer season. We compete locally as well as travel out of town for meets. Opportunities to compete may be limited based on age. We normally have 2 local meets and travel to 3-4 out of town meets during the season.

Our summer season will begin May 24th for everyone this year. Our season runs through the end of July culminating with the USATF Jr. Olympic National Meet or the AAU Jr. Olympic National Meet. As we have expanded our Club and National visibility, we have the opportunity to compete in both AAU and USATF Meets. We will look at a variety of factors each season as we set our competition schedules. Each organization has Local, Regional Qualifiers, and National Meets. We will also look at local meets to give athletes additional opportunities to compete. Athletes will be able to practice 5 days a week.
Our athletes enjoy the support of their teammates as each of the seasons progresses. When they athletes run for their schools in the spring, you can usually hear Dash teammates cheering each other on as they compete. Meets like Boise Relays and the Idaho State Meet act as a reunion for the athletes as they compete against each other to see who are the States best track athletes.
